1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how [REGISTERED ENTITY NAME, LLC], operating dailyworkerplacement.com ("we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you. We are the "controller" (under applicable U.S. state privacy laws) of the personal information described below.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide directly
- Contact form submissions: name, email address, message content, and any optional information you provide (e.g., your state of residence).
- Email correspondence: if you email us at any of our published addresses, we receive your email address, name (if provided in your email signature), and message content.

2.2 Information collected automatically
- Device & browser data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, and similar technical attributes.
- Usage data: pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, exit URL, click events, search queries.
- Approximate location: derived from IP address (country, state, city). We do not collect precise GPS location.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see our Cookie Policy for the full list of cookies we and our vendors set.
2.3 Information from third parties
- Affiliate networks may share data about referrals you initiate from the Site (typically a hashed click ID and the casino you visited) so we can calculate commission earnings.
- Social-media services may share limited public-profile data if you interact with our official accounts.
3. How we use information
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site;
- To respond to your inquiries, corrections, and partnership requests;
- To measure traffic patterns and content performance (analytics);
- To calculate affiliate referral commissions owed to us;
- To comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms, and protect against fraud or abuse;
- With your separate consent, to send newsletters or marketing communications you have opted in to receive.
4. Legal bases for processing
Where U.S. state privacy laws (CCPA, CPRA, VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA, UCPA, etc.) or other applicable laws require us to identify a legal basis, we rely on the following: (a) performance of a contract or pre-contract steps requested by you (e.g., responding to your contact form); (b) our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Site, securing it against abuse, and earning affiliate commissions; (c) compliance with legal obligations; and (d) your consent (for marketing communications and non-essential cookies).
5. Sharing of information
We share personal information with:
- Service providers ("processors" / "service providers" under U.S. state law) who help us run the Site: hosting (Cloudflare), analytics (Google Analytics 4, Plausible, or similar), email delivery (Postmark or similar), customer-support ticketing, affiliate-tracking networks. These providers are contractually restricted to using the data only to perform services for us.
- Affiliate networks & operators when you click a tracked link to a casino. We pass along the referral identifier; the operator handles your subsequent account separately under its own privacy policy.
- Legal & regulatory authorities when required by valid legal process or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- In connection with a corporate transaction (sale, merger, financing, dissolution), subject to standard confidentiality protections.
We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. Certain analytics and advertising cookies may qualify as a "sale" or "share" of personal information under California's CPRA. You can opt out via the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our footer.
6. Your rights — U.S. state privacy laws
Depending on your state of residence, you may have one or more of the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to know / access what personal information we have about you;
- Right to delete personal information we hold about you (subject to legal exceptions);
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information;
- Right to portability — receive a copy in a portable format;
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information (CA, CO, CT, VA, UT, OR, TX, MT, IA, TN, DE, IN, NH, NJ and others);
- Right to opt out of targeted advertising;
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of the above rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your relationship with us, or use our contact form. We will respond within 45 days as required by applicable law (with one 45-day extension if reasonably necessary).
You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will verify both the agent's authority and your identity before acting.
7. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. Real-money online casino play in the United States is restricted to persons age 21 or older. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact [email protected] and we will promptly delete it.
8. Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and to comply with our legal obligations:
- Contact form submissions: 24 months from last interaction;
- Email correspondence: 36 months from last interaction;
- Analytics data: aggregated/anonymized after 14 months (Google Analytics 4 default);
- Affiliate-referral logs: as required by our affiliate-network agreements (typically 24 months);
- Legal-hold records: as required by applicable statutes of limitation.
9. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access. The Site uses HTTPS encryption in transit; we restrict access to personal information to personnel with a legitimate need. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International users
The Site is operated from and intended for users in the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., your information will be processed and stored in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using the Site, you consent to this transfer and processing.
11. Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. There is no consensus on how websites should respond to DNT, and we do not currently respond to DNT signals. You can manage cookies and analytics opt-outs as described in our Cookie Policy.
12. Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a valid opt-out of sale/share of personal information under California's CPRA and similar U.S. state laws. If your browser transmits a GPC signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of targeted advertising and sale/share of personal information.
13. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted with a notice on the Site home page for at least 30 days.
